Being a potentially new patient to Sandwell Hospital I know nothing about it, where it is and how to find out where I have to go. Ten out of ten for the general site, loads of in formation of how well you are doing, where the hospital is and how to get there by bike {can't see why an ill person would need a bike!}. Hey ho there we go. What is totally lacking is a plan of the hospital, nothing, nada, nowt, what am i supposed to do - use divining rods or consult the oracle! May I suggest you take a look at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital site to see how it should be done. I can't leave a review of your undoubtedly great hospital as I can't find out how to get there! Also it helps if the patient, me, could get a little warning. I received my appointment for a rectal procedure on the day of the procedure. Please enplane how I am to organize transport at such short notice. It might help if you included, on your web site, contact details for Hospital Transport. It might come as a surprise to you but many of your patients are disabled! I'm sure the cost of cancellations, re-bookings etc must add up to quite a sum. Perhaps a bit more thought and common sense might help here. Geoff Allen a disgruntled possible patient
