(as the patient),

Friendly staff were very helpful and welcoming. I had a short waiting time to be seen by the correct people and then the nurse tried her best to get me a follow up appointment as soon as possible. Due to the willingness of the staff to give me the best service, I was seen to half an hour later and the procedure was able to take place the same day. All staff involved calmed my nerves and gave me confidence in that they knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend the use of this service to anyone needing contraceptive advice or procedures.
