When I was choosing where to have my baby, East Surrey was the nearest place to my home so I automatically looked at the reviews first, I cried when I read the reviews as they were so bad.
After receiving such good outpatient care and talking to professionals I decided to ignore the reviews and chose East Surrey to have my baby.
The care my baby and I received on the antenatal day unit, the delivery suite, Burstow ward and the neo natal unit was exceptional. Which is why I really wanted to share my experience with others, I could not have asked for better care, the staff were so helpful, friendly, professional, caring and kind.
I would not hesitate to recommend East Surrey to others, thank you so much to all the staff.
