"Helpful staff"

About: Cromer Hospital

I visited Cromer hospital as an out-patient receiving treatment for psoriasis. I never write reviews but must say how impressed I was by the helpfulness of the staff, nurses and consultant! I had with me my two young sons aged 2 and 1, who didn't want to be cooped up in their buggy! As I walked into the hospital I was greeted by a member of staff who took me to the lift and told me where I needed to be, then I was checked in by a pleasant person at reception. The nurse working with the consultant played with and amused them both so that I could talk to the doctor! This nurse was fantastic!! As a young mother nobody made me feel uncomfortable for having boys with me, 10/10 Cromer!! Many thanks!

We are pleased that the Cromer Hospital team were able to help you and that you were made to feel welcome when you brought your children to the appointment.
