I recently had a back operation and physiotherapy was arranged for me at Lanark Health Centre with Karen Brandon. I would like to say a huge thank you to Karen as the bespoke exercise program she has given me has played a big part in my recovery. Karen is very professional and also extremely supportive and encouraging and I feel very fortunate to have her help and care.
