(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was surprised to be told by the Podiatry service today that the texting reminder service is not being provided anymore like our surgery does for appointments.

I have MS and I struggle with memory. Please would consider re-instating this wonderful service, so those of us who are living with a disability are not once again left feeling as though we are not top priority.
