What I liked
Walk-in Centre: friendly helpful reception and staff. Provided an efficient service when GP was unable to.
What could be improved
As a regular user of RVH as an outpatient too, I would have to say that directions/signs to different clinics are poor. I hope this will be dealt with as part of the current refurbishment.
