What I liked

The staff were kind and friendly and the nurses and doctors kept me informed at all times. I felt my dignity and privacy were maintained. The ward was clean and everyone did all they could to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I was very impressed by the standards of care and treatment received and would have no hesitation in recommending it to the others or returning myself. Everyone was cheerful and happy even at the end of a long day and there was no compromise on standards or patient case.

What could be improved

With the new hospital being constructed giving more modern facilities and space, I think the space constraints are already being addressed.

Anything else?

The nurses on Ruth Ward were exceptional friendly, knowledgeable and kind and the theatre staff on the gynae were reassuring, even at the end of their busy working day.
