What I liked
Both dermatologist were excellent. I've had a skin condition for a few years and they were the only ones who actually ordered some tests and biopsies. They really seemed to care. A+ for the medical staff.
What could be improved
I had to wait 40 mins for my appointment. Apparently this is the norm in the hospital.
The receptionists were not very professional. You could hear them talking about how messy their appointment system is and that it's always giving problems. Also talking about a night out which is obviously not the place to talk about. Also drinking tea all the time in reception should not be allowed. It's a hospital not a cafeteria
Anything else?
Overall this is one of the best hospitals I have ever been to.
