(as the patient),

I think that Dr Townson is a marvellous, excellent, very kind lady and I was highly delighted to meet this friendly wonderful “lady” consultant. I have to have an MRI scan during the month of March as I am in excruciatingly agonising pain all day and all night. I have run out of liquid morphine but awaiting delivery of fresh morphine supply this Friday. Dr Townson is a very excellent and truly professional
