1) My original appointment was in January
2) I had a bad cold and nasal congestion so my hearing test was deferred to the beginning of February
3) Due to an on-going very bad cold it was delayed again to mid February
4) The lady who carried out the test did so in a thoroughly professional manner and I have nothing but praise for the way I was treated.
