After a routine ECG at Aberfoyle surgery my doctor referred me to the Clinical Assesment Unit 1 at Larbert warning me it might take a while to go through the process.
From the moment I arrived I was treated with a level of care and attention that puts paid to the moans about the NHS. David at the unit saw me within minutes of sitting down and had prepped me for an IV took bloods and a history as well as a further ECG. The staff were fantastic quick and super professional every step was documented but not in an intrusive way.
Soon I was with George at X Ray for for a chest image and back seeing Dr McCallum a young man who gave me total confidence that I was in good hands. Problem identified treatment proposed and a plan for the future treatment explained to me.
Cannot fault in any way shape or form this facility and more to the point the level of care shown by the staff named here and those whose name I did not get.
The Senior management of the Hospital will be getting a more detailed thank you from me in due course but for now thank you to all and keep up the good work. You may just have saved my life yesterday for which no thanks are enough.
