"How a consultant treated me"

About: East Surrey Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I waited for 1:20mins to be seen.

The doctor didn't apologise for the delays. He was very dismissive of what I had to say. He made presumptions that were incorrect. He challenge me in an abrupt and condescending manner. He left me feeling deflated and demoralised unaware that I suffer with chronic depression.

He had read a few pages of my notes and had concluded things that were not correct. He definitely did not deal with me as a whole person.

Dear Ncthmpsn

I am sorry to read your email and see how dissatified you were with your consultation. Please send me your contact details so that I can look into it further for you and see if we can put that right.

If you email to me the name of the doctor that you saw I can ensure that your comments reach the right department.
