(as the patient),

I had a very positive opinion of the service until it happened that I had the biopsy done whilst visiting New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton as part of my treatment there in February.

When I telephoned Donnington dermatology clinic the following day to cancel my appointment with them to do the biopsy which had been booked to be done on in late February they could find no record of the booking or of my visit on in late January. This was unfortunate.

Thank you for sharing your comments relating to your recent visit to New Cross Hospital, I am sorry that you had not been made aware that you were having a biopsy when you attended for your appointment. Unfortunately, I am unable to comment about Donnington Dermatology Clinic.
