(as the patient),

I have been treated quickly with the utmost respect, compassion and care. I had all investigation arranged as soon as posible and however ther was a great pressure on the department the team did everything possible for reduce waiting times. They were working hard but seemed to be calm, happy and genuinly enjoying their work.

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.
