"I found myself in the company of an excellent counsellor"

I was referred to Inclusion Matters by my local GP because I had been having some vivid and rather disturbing dreams in which I had been actually taking part, with rather worrying outcomes. Action was needed to stop this happening.

From the first appointment I found myself in the company of an excellent counsellor who listened most attentively to all that I needed to say. His approach was calm, reassuring and, above all, full of understanding. It is good to be able to say that after 7 such session the disturbing dreams have stopped and I now sleep through each night peacefully.
