"Painful injections - Northern General"

I was treated quickly, efficiently and very caringly during by stay on the Bev Stokes Day Surgery. However, the injections prior to surgery for the removal of a lump from my face, were extremely painful, especially the fourth of which caused bruising and soreness after surgery and even a week later, I was slightly upset about this.

In the recovery room following the operation the care was outstanding, and generally everyone was extremely kind, I would like to thank them all.
