I am writing on behalf of my mum as we wanted to provide some feedback on the service we received today from the Optometrist in the Low Vision Clinic, who was amazing and absolutely brilliant with my mum. The Optometrist was warm, listened, explained things so clearly and it felt like nothing was too much trouble or that we had any silly questions. The Optometrist has helped my mum so so much, and has provided her with much needed advice, but the way in which this has been done that has made my mum feel much more positive about her condition and about her future. We really cannot praise the Optometrist enough, and although we thanked them today it just didn't feel enough, they really are fantastic.

It was very kind of you to write and compliment the optometrist who took care of your mother as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects their hard work and dedication. It was reassuring to hear that the optometrist listened and explained things that were not clear to you and your mum. We are also glad to hear that your mum feels much more positive about her condition now because of the optometrist’s reassurance.
