What I liked
I have had 4 operations, various investigations and several outpatient appointments at Frenchay over the last 13 years, for breast cancer. The staff on the plastics ward, the Consultant and team,the Breast Care nurses, the admin staff and everyone else you meet on your journey are wonderful, I have full confidence in the Hospital and everyone who has helped me. I know the building is a bit past it's sell by date but it will be so sad to see it go.
What could be improved
