"AAU Red Suite"

My 95 year old nan was admitted into the red suite of the AAU for 8 days last week, and I really feel I have to commend and applaud each and every member of staff we dealt with. From the doctor to the cleaners, we were never made to feel a nuisance and when we asked for updates/progress reports, they were so quick to help and re-assure. A real special mention for the HCA on this ward is due. I really can't thank them enough for the compassion and understanding they showed us as a family, whilst clearly run off their feet with looking after patients and maintaining a constant load of paperwork. The HCA is a credit to the NHS.
