When on holiday in Iceland, unfortunately I had a nasty fall, was taken to hospital out there, returned to UK, needed to have everything checked at Heartlands, to my shock in needed surgery.
I can't thank everyone enough from the receptionist taking my details, through to all the orthopaedic surgeon, he put my mind at rest and told me exactly what was happening, many thanks to him, and Maria who saw me in the morning of my visit to A and E.
Ward 8 the staff I would like to thank are Sandra, Helena and Henry, for all there kindness, would recommend any of them to my friends and family.
The only thing that could be improved would be more porters or volunteers.
Kind regards.
"Thank you for your kindness"
