"More toys needed for children to play with"

I have had to take my mum to the dermatology department at Salford Royal Hospital twice. Once I had to take my little boy with me, and once one of the other patients had a little boy. Yesterday the doctor was stuck in traffic, so we were all there for an extra hour. Why are there no toys for children to play with? I think it is boring enough for adults, but after an hour or so the children seem to get unhappy, noisy and disruptive.
