"Kindest and most caring staff on Ward 14"

About: Solihull Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was admitted yesterday for Day Surgery and obviously felt a bit concerned about having this procedure. But I was made to feel so comfortable by everyone.

From the minute I walked on to the Ward - the Ward Clerk showed me to my bed. Within a few minutes the most helpful nurse came to see me and informed me she would be my nurse for the day. She was so lovely and chatted to me and reassured me I would be fine.

Consultant came and explained what would happen - everything went according to plan. I had the procedure and the staff in recovery were kind and reassuring kept me comfortable and ward then back to ward 14. Had a little rest and dinner was served: chicken veg and mash (very nice).

Amy and her team are the kindest and most caring people I have meet for a long time.

So Thank You so much for a pleasant stay the care could not have been better.
