About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Prompt appointment. Well received by reception staff on attending my appointment. Did not have to wait long before attendance by medical staff who were very attentive and finally by the dermatologist who was kindly and explained the objects she looked at.
