"NHS could improve this important service"

I attend a Podiatry Admin Centre of Gwent Healthcare NHS Trust about every 6 months but think this is too long to wait for treatment. I can phone and arrange an earlier appointment if necessary but when I did this on one occasion the Chiropodist was quite rude, saying, “This is not an urgent matter, but I will treat you this time.” As I had a corn in the middle of the ball of my foot, to me it was an urgent matter! He also advised me to file each toe every day for about 15/20 seconds. I am 83 and find this very back aching. Surely the NHS could improve this important service to the senior citizens of this country.
