I am very angry about the length of time we had to wait with two young children, it would have been better if the appointment was on time and we didnt have to wait one and a half hours to treat a perferated right ear!

We are sorry about the length of time you waited at the ENT clinic and for the delay that you experienced with your two young children. We have asked the ENT team to put in place a process whereby if clinic times are likely to be delayed the patients will be kept informed of the reason.
