We went to Queen Victoria in East Grinstead. As they could see I was in pain they gave me painkillers as soon as they could.
As soon as the nurse discovered I was due to fly in 7 days she did everything she could to ensure I would get sorted in order to fly. She was amazing but I did not catch her name.
I felt foolish as I had simply slipped over and was covered in mud but at no point did that concern them. They were warm and kind. I felt reassured and confident that I was in good hands.
