"Extremely Grateful"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

The doctors had to pull my wrist out to realign it. I was very nervous about this but all of the staff involved were warm and reassuring. They were calm, confident but good fun as well. I am flying tomorrow so I needed a lot of advice and also for some appointments to be organised more quickly. At no point did any staff member act as though it was a problem. The whole time everyone was positive and more than happy to ensure I would get to the other side of the world to see my family. My husband and I could not fault the staff at East Surrey and we are extremely grateful to all of the people involved. Thank you so much. -Paulette
