"I couldn't have received better treatment"

Having been extremely nervous about needing to attend Raigmore for a gastroscopy and colonoscopy, especially after reading comments on the internet about some really bad experiences (not to be recommended), I couldn't have received better treatment. All the staff in Dr Younger's department that I dealt with did their utmost to put me at my ease and make the experience as easy as possible for me and I would no longer be nervous about attending for any procedure in the future (though hopefully I won't need to).
