"A lovely manner which immediately put me at ease"

I have had eight sessions with my counsellor Rebecca and I have found them to be so benefitical. With Rebecca's guidance and insight I have been able to examine intensly personal, occasisionally traumatic events in my life and can now identify the feelings and emotions that I felt at the time and felt consequently. This is really a first for me and I know that without this process I would not be feeling optimistic about my ability to deal with the depression that I have felt plagued by for so long.

This journey I in part attribute to the outstanding counselling skills of Rebecca. She is empathic, sensitive, encouraging, insightful and supportive. She has a lovely manner which immediately put me at my ease which was crucial to my ability to express my feelings in complete candour.

I cannot praise Rebecca highly enough.
