"fantastic staff"

I attended A and E on Christmas day with a severe cellulitis infection and spent 8 days in ward 19 infectious diseases. On 18th Feb i had a follow up visit to Endoscopy. I cannot over praise every member of staff i had dealings with, from reception through outstanding nursing staff to the consultants. Not only was the personal care excellent, but the information given etc was good. one thing that stood out for me was the attitude of everyone i dealt with. Always very happy and genuinely caring. I feel lucky to have reached 50 without needing to use the NHS much but this experience was very positive. Based on my experience i would rate the RVI as outstanding.
