The medical staff on G Ward, Endoscopy answered any queries I had and put my mind at rest, they were helpful.

However, I was displeased with the length of time I had to wait from the time of my appointment until I actually had my treatment.

I would like to thank everyone on G Ward.

We do apologize that you weren’t satisfied with the length of time you had to wait for your endoscopy. We are glad that once you underwent the procedure, your experience was a positive one.

The Trust has worked hard in the last few months to reduce patient waits for endoscopy and is now well below the national average of six weeks and we are working to have a wait no longer than two weeks by December.
