About: Southmead Hospital

(as the patient),

I would like to say I dread going to this hospital as I find it very impersonal.

However I would like to state the shuttle bus driver on the morning of 16. 02. 15 David Jose, was outstanding, not only happy and polite, I watched him with all the people and he was really careful helping the passengers on and off the bus. He was so genuine I thought I have to mention this. Credit certainly where credit is due.

He actually made me quite light hearted going into the hospital this time! A first!

Excellent and thank you, it's really the small things in life that goes a long way.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your kind comments regarding the shuttle bus driver, I am really pleased that you found him happy, polite, and helpful to his passengers. I have forwarded your comments to the manager of the service so that they are shared with the drivers concerned. I am sorry that you find hospital so impersonal, but hope that you find the assistance of the shuttle bus driver, and also our volunteer move makers make it less so.
