"Difficult to get an appointment at a different hospital!"

I recieved an appointment for a CT Scan regarding my hearing at Montague hospital and rang them to be asked to be seen at Doncaster Royal Infirmary. I waited six weeks and got another appointment at the Montague. When I phoned again I was told I would have to wait again for an appointment at Doncaster.

I tried to explain I had already waited but was told it made no difference and I would still have to wait again, so I went to Montague which instead of taking 20 minutes, took 3 hours because of an accident at Mexborough! This was a mistake on the part of the hopsital and I feel it should have been dealt with in a better way i.e a quicker appointment at Doncaster Royal Infirmary.
