"14 years later"

I was an in-patient in Dudhope House in 1995-1996. I was well cared for, and found Dr Smith and Dr.Duke brilliant.I certainly did`nt make it easy for them. The nursing staff on the whole were good, too. I wish I`d been more prepared for the adult mental health services, having been an inpatient and outpatient in adult services ever since.I felt, at the age of 16 `abandoned` by the services since I was legally an adult.
