"Childrens ward observation unit"

About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary / Paediatrics Doncaster Royal Infirmary Paediatrics DN2 5LT

We visited this ward via a&e. Truly awful experience. Waiting 9 hours all in all. Nothing offered to eat or drink (2 children with me). Medication not ready, nor the next day. Staff sat round station talking, very rude. Will be following up via PALS.
