"Poor knee care - hospital not stated"

i have been to two hospitals, one says i have patello femoral arthritis with wasting of the quadriceps. i have had no help with this.

then i was sent to another hospital, only to be told there is nothing wrong with my knee,but i could have 2 needles a year in my knee.i have been on to PALS who wont give me any help, i am at my wits end,and in alot of pain,while two doctors cant make their mind up, my gp is off - no help,where can i get help? the hospitals are st helens and broadgreen hospital.
