"MRI Scan dept - excellent treatment!"

I am extremely frightened of hospitals and was very nervous about having an MRI scan. I visited the dept 3 weeks before my appointment and staff were extremely reassuring and helpful, allowing me to view the scanner and answering all my questions. Nonetheless when my scan appointment arrived I entered the hospital in a very nervous state and was even in tears at the thought of being in the scanner. All 3 of the staff (I'm sorry I didn't catch their names as I was in such a state) were so lovely with me. They reassured me again, put me under no pressure to go through with it but calmly handled all my fears, and I was finally able to go through with it. I cannot possibly begin to describe how grateful I am to them for helping me through this experience and handling my terror so well. They are utter professionals!
