my daughter had her first baby last week instead of the nurses giving her support they didnt have the time for her especially one nurse on the maternity triage ward. my daughter was left on her own after they told her husband to go home, in total agony. the nurse heard her whimpering in pain, came in stood with her hands on her hips and said what are u doing, my daughter said im in so much pain, the nurse replied get used to it its going to get ten times worse. then this lady and said i will check you later and left and never went back, the next shift came on and said she should have taken you up to the maternity ward, my daughter went on and 30 hours later she had to have a emergency section. if the nurse could have taken time to find out and examined my daughter then she probably would not have suffered like she did. i am putting in a official complaint. no wonder the nhs have a terrible reputation especially doncaster royal
