Thanks for taking the time to give us this vaulable feedback, it's really appreciated.

I can empathise with this situation and apologise on behalf of the service.

Unfortunately the lift has been an ongoing issue for some time. Despite several maintenance engineers calling on numerous occasions, they do not seem to be able to agree on the fault and no sooner is it fixed, it breaks down again.

SInce this, we have employed a new maintenance company and hope that they will be able to resolve the fault once and for all, as well as ensuring that it is serviced on a regular basis.
