My wife is currently in Chorley hospital and she complains that when she goes to sit outside for some fresh air she has to inhale smoke from people smoking near the entrances to hospital corridors, and as a visitor myself i am dismayed to see the litter, cigarette ends etc, discarded by smokers all around the entrances. A tidy hospital is gradually being spoilt by a few untidy people.
Why are people allowed to smoke "anywhere" within the grounds of the hospital
