I cannot fault any of the staff that deal with my repeated appointments, from receptionists, xray technicians, plasterers to specialists, and who knows how many else...; all are always professional, courteous, sympathetic and approachable. Yes, the waiting room is always very busy and hectic so delays are inevitable but once it was my turn, I felt that I was not just a number. Give these people credit. It is not their fault that things are not as we all would like them to be - if you have to find blame, then it must be pinned to those who control the hospital's finances, ie. the politicians.
