My son was receiving some care from Booth Hall children's hospital. The hospital closed, the service was relocated but the phone number doesn't appear to have been forwarded to anywhere, and of course I haven't been informed about the new number!
Result is I end up ringing around the NHS and being passed from pillar to post by people who didn't have the number and didn't even seem to care.
