"Care and Consideration on the Langdale Unit"

About: Westmorland General Hospital / Langdale Unit

(as the patient),

The care and consideration of all the staff in the Langdale Unit at Westmorland General Hospital was excellent from doctors to domestic.

Worst bit for me (being at most vulnerable in a morning) was having to rise before breakfast for bed making!

The food was high class and good choice. No complaints whatsoever.

I was very pleased to read your positive comments about the whole team on the Langdale Unit...and that you were pleased with the food. I will take great pleasure in feeding back your comments to all members of the team.

I take on board your point about the 'eary rise' - I'd feel the same! We are aiming to try and provide an individualised approach to care as far as possibe, and while this can sometimes be quite challenging (in terms of trying to meet everyone's needs) I will feed this back to the team.
