(as a parent/guardian),

We visited a&e today sunday after my daughter was thrown off her horse,

We cannot fault the service we received it was absolutely 100% perfect. We were seen very quickly and efficiently and all the staff including the tea lady were delightful, professional, respectful, kind, funny, friendly.

I simply cannot emphasis enough the wonderful care we received. Thank you so much everyone.

Thank you so much for for taking the time to post your comments. I hope that your daughter is making a good recovery.

We're so pleased to read that you felt your daughter was so well looked after and cared for. A&E is particularly busy at this time of year and it's so good to read such positive feedback. I will make sure that I pass your comments on to the team. I'm sure they will be delighted!
