About: Bolton Wheelchair Services

(as a service user),

I have informed BWS on countless occasions in as many years I am ONLY available on Monday Wednesday and Friday after 12pm due to Dialysis and Carers in the mornings.

They still came to fix my brakes on my Dialysis days or in mornings... When I am not available.

This has been ongoing for over three weeks.

In the meantime I am left with a wheelchair without brakes.

I am at my wits end.

We're very sorry to hear about this which is clearly a very unsatisfactory situation. The issue has been brought to the attention of the manager of the wheelchair service who has said he will look into this and arrange a suitable repair time promptly.

I will wait to see WHEN my wheelchair will be repaired.
