"excellent treatment!"

I attended for operation on 3rd December. From starting at D6 i I was treated kindly and with respect. I was very nervous as it was an oncology operation but was put at ease straight away. The surgical team visited me and discussed the procedure with me then off I went. I returned to ward D27 for the rest of my recovery and was treated wonderfully by nursing team who treated me like an old friend. Even one member of the housekeeping team stood and chatted about everyday things. From the Professor to the wonderful oncology team, I cannot praise them enough. Unfortunately I had to return due to an infection but was cared for in the same positive way. I am very grateful for the care I received.
