"welcoming, friendly, fast and efficient treatment"

About: Stamford & Rutland Hospital

Phoned 111 initially and later received a phone call to enable me to outline more about my condition. I was given a time to attend Stamford Hospital. I arrived early was received very politely by the person on reception who confirmed my appointment. After waiting 10 minutes was received and examined by the doctor who listened to all I had to said, prescribed antibiotics and left very satisfied before my actual appointment. An example of a joined up service. Thank you.
