My GP consultation was to address my hearing degradation. The conclusion was that I would be referred for a hearing test. I was aware that my local Specsavers carried out its hearing tests and requested a referral to Specsavers at the GP surgery. They were not aware that this still needed to go through the TRAQS system at the time. I contacted Specsavers with my referral letter who told me that it should be referred through TRAQs. The GP surgery was offered at a convenient date & time within a good timescale. My tests and treatment at Specsavers was excellent and I have every confidence that their follow up service will be the same.
