"First class staff, but discharge a bit chaotic"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I first want to say that everybody I encountered from all the nurses, doctors and support staff were first class. I didn't come across anybody in my short stay having a pacemaker fitted, who didn't give me the best care I could have expected.

My only comment is that the admissions and discharge arrangements are a bit chaotic and I'm sure with a little more thought could be greatly improved.
